Contract:	Full Time - Permanent
Base:	Home worker / Adastral Park, Martlesham, Ipswich or alternative approved Hot Desk Facility
Reports to:	Head of Data Loading Department
Hours:	37.5 hours per week
Starting salary:	£27,000 - £35,000 (rising with career progression/technical development)

Main duties of the job

We are looking for beginner level T-SQL writers, with good problem-solving skills, and good communication skills.

You will work as part of a team of Data Loaders, with a range of abilities to help you write ETL SQL scripts and test scripts, and ensure your skills are being improved with every script you write.

This is an entry level role, so expert prior knowledge is not a necessity. We're looking for someone with an ability to take on new information, not afraid to ask for help, and make a conscious effort to show that they're making the most from 1 on 1 mentoring.

Main tasks:

• Writing T-SQL scripts to ETL data from a variety of sources, including Excel and CSV formats
• Maintain existing tables by checking for newly released data
• Learn in-depth about the product we provide and how to answer customer issues
• Checking and testing colleague's T-SQL scripts once at a high enough level of skill
